Selling

The decision to sell a home is often dependent on many factors. Whatever the situation, I am committed to getting the best possible price for your home. You can expect professional, ethical and confidential service.

My 10 Point (No Fluff) Marketing Plan

1. Place 'For Sale' sign in front yard within 24 hours.
2. Take quality photographs of the home for paper and online marketing.
3. Place your home into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for all realtors to see.
4. Promote home on local and national websites:
www.abqrealtors.com, www.realtor.com,
www.remax.com.
5. Create 'For Sale' flyer to be placed in a box on the 'For Sale' sign.
6. Create a home information packet to be left inside the home for potential buyers.
7. Create and publish an online home tour on
www.abqrealtors.com and the MLS.
8. Prepare a custom list of things-to-do for the homeowner that will help your home sell.
9. Update seller with market conditions, including seller competition in the area.
10. Weekly communication by phone and through email.
